Data Deletion and Retention
- Immediate Deletion: Upon confirmation, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from our servers.
- Backup and Logs: While your data will be removed from active databases, it may remain in backups or logs for up to 90 days, after which it will be overwritten or deleted.
- Legal Obligations: We may retain certain information if required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention.
Consequences of Deleting Your Account
- Irreversible: Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. You will need to create a new account if you wish to use Billnex again.
- Loss of Data: All your data, including user content, subscriptions, and settings, will be permanently lost.
- Service Access: You will no longer have access to any services or content associated with your account.
Third-Party Services
If you have linked your Billnex account with third-party services (e.g., Google, Facebook), you will need to manage your data and connections with those services separately. Deleting your Billnex account does not automatically delete your data from third-party services.
